Description: Bilagem-M Tablets combine two active ingredients, Bilastine and Montelukast, to provide relief from allergic rhinitis and asthma symptoms. Bilastine is a non-sedating antihistamine that works by blocking the effects of histamine, reducing symptoms such as sneezing, itching, and runny nose. Montelukast is a leukotriene receptor antagonist that helps to relieve symptoms of asthma and allergic rhinitis by blocking the action of leukotrienes, substances in the body that cause inflammation and constriction of airways.
Indications: Bilagem-M Tablets are indicated for the symptomatic treatment of allergic rhinitis (including hay fever) and asthma in patients where both components are considered appropriate.
 
Precautions and Warnings:

Use caution in patients with liver or kidney impairment.
